Exchanges are not permitted unless an item is received in a damaged or defective condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and submit clear, high-quality photos of the affected item for evaluation. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
